Prices and availability of goods
All prices are in Pounds Sterling. All of our products are sold subject to availability.
The price shown on our site and availability is subject to change without notice (the purchase of the same product can not be guaranteed at the same price).
If an item is out of stock we will email to inform you, we will not send a substitute unless you state otherwise.
We take care to make sure the description of products is as accurate as possible, however we do not take responsibility/accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.

To place an order click on the buy now button and then review your purchase before checking out, amend if necessary. When you complete your purchase and payment is processed you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the goods. You are responsible for reading our Terms and Conditions which include our postage/returns policy.

Payment Methods
We accept PayPal, Cheques and Postal Orders. We have no minimum order requirement.
If payment should fail e.g. uncleared cheques then the buyer will be responsible for reimbursing any costs incurred by The Friendly Spirit.

Postage
All orders are posted 2nd Class with Royal Mail. Items are dispatched within 7 working days of receiving payment/payment clearing. Please contact us if you do not receive your item after 7 working days.

The Friendly Spirit.com takes every effort to prevent postal damage, we take great care to package our goods carefully. If your order has been lost or damaged in transit please let us know as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order for any item and claim a full refund - this includes postage. Cancellation must be made within 7 working days from the receipt of your goods and starts the day after your goods are received. You must inform The Friendly Spirit.com in writing of your intent to cancel.

Returns
All items must be unused/unworn in the original packaging. Due to hygiene we can not accept ear rings.
You are responsible for all costs in regard to the return of any item. We recommend you use recorded delivery when posting your item. We are not responsible for returns parcels that are lost or damaged in the post.
We will confirm the receipt of the parcel by email and you will be refunded within 30 days from the date of the cancellation notice.

Exchanges
In the event of an exchange the item/s must be returned first and checked by The Friendly Spirit. Please state what you wish to exchange the item for before you return your item so we can make sure we have your exchange in stock. The customer will incur the cost for returning the item/s to be exchanged.

Complaints
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint with our services or products then please write so that we can rectify the problem.

Please let us know if you think we could improve our products and services in any way.

Privacy
Any information that is collected by The Friendly Spirit is maintained in a way that respects your privacy. We do not share your details with any other party. If you link onto any other website via our website you are then subject to the privacy policies there.

Disclaimer
We offer not guarantees with the metaphysical use of our products.
